• 1968 Purchased our first Red Angus seed
stock cows from the Cooks in Idaho
• 1969 Attended and made a major
acquisition from RC Buckner
Dispersion
• 1971 Bought entire Albert E. Erdmann
heifer crop, one bull and 3 of his
top cows
• 1972 Added 35 black red-carrier cows
from Beck Angus
• 1975 Sold entire commercial cowherd
to make room for more purebred
Red Angus
• 1976 Our first production sale, the first
Red Angus production sale in
either of the Dakotas
So, what will be done in the next 30 years?
We will
continue to use the same business approach to
selecting cattle that are profitable for our customers.
We will continue to do things right year after year, and
be a leading seedstock source for years to come.
We are not just doing things right, we are doing them
right consistently from year to year. Expect us to be
doing this for another 30 years.
